You bought yourself a new propane tank to go with your new barbeque. So what do you do with the old tank sitting in the back of your garage?  In some cases, reuse isn’t even an option.

But liquids under pressure are potentially explosive – and so require special care. That’s where Orange Drop comes in. Now you can return them to your local Municipal Recycling Facility or a collection event in your community.

What's included?

Orange Drop covers  refillable and non-refillable pressurized containers such as propane, oxygen and helium tanks and other compressed gases. It also includes seamless cylinders and tubes; welded cylinders and spheres; composite cylinders; and insulated cylinders previously containing acetylene, propane, Freon, isocyanate resins, helium, nitrogen, oxygen or other compressed gases.

Many retailers exchange your old pressurized gas cylinder when you purchase a new cylinder. Orange Drop allows you to drop off your empty or partly used pressurized containers at a Municipal Recycling Facility or event near you.

It's time to Make the Drop – Orange Drop!
